What guests loved:

There is no staff on site, but they are easy to get a hold of by phone number provided after check-in. Lots and lots of shops and restaurants nearby within short walking distance of hotel.

Areas for improvement:

If you take an Uber or Taxi, they can't enter small street. It is off limits to cars. However, you only have to walk about 100 feet to entrance gate on a slight uphill.
